Knighthawk Engineering (KHE) provides full service 3D modeling. These metrology services can be provided in our lab or on-site. These services are well suited for inspection, reverse engineering, or 3D modeling. Our advanced scanning tools allow us to inspect and model complex surfaces and objects. Our portable arm coordinate measuring machine (PCMM) is well suited to inspect and model parts that are impractical to move to a stationary CMM. This scanner allows us to accurately create a CAD replica of the scanned piece.
When coupled with our engineering expertise, this modeling data becomes a great tool for reverse engineering, design improvement, FEA, and failure analysis.
